Yoga Nidra is translated as Yogic Sleep, and is a practice where we drop deeply into the space of pure awareness, a space where we can experience deep rest and relaxation, healing and transformation. It is perhaps the most valuable aspect of our integrated women’s health resources. While the body experiences deep rest, we can enter into a liminal space and work with the subconscious mind. Yoga Nidra often uses a sankalpa or intention through the practice which enables us to drop suggestion deep into our consciousness and allow it to transform our lives.
