Yoga Nidra is translated as Yogic Sleep, and is a practice where we drop deeply into the space of pure awareness, a space where we can experience deep rest and relaxation, healing and transformation. While the body experiences deep rest, we can enter into a liminal space and work with the subconscious mind. Yoga Nidra often uses a sankalpa or intention through the practice which enables us to drop suggestion deep into our consciousness and allow it to transform our lives.
