sara rooney -medical herbalist Bsc (Hons)  Ba (Hons)  MNIMH

Sara is a firm advocate of integrated health and the benefits of taking a holistic approach. Medical herbalists try to find the root cause of a person’s illness rather than just purely addressing their symptoms. Sara believes in finding health solutions unique to the individual, and working in partnership with the patient to make  nutritional and lifestyle changes to improve their health in the long term.

fiona macleod - yoga

Fiona has been teaching yoga for ten years and practicing for over 20. She is a mother of three gorgeous daughters and lives in Portugal, facilitating and teaching on retreats. She was introduced to yoga as a teenager in secondary school, Australia and completed formal training to teach in 2009 at Byron Yoga Centre, Australia.

Fiona teaches a breath led practice incorporating both vinyasa, and slower asana with more focus on alignment and deep release. Fiona is inspired to share yoga with women to support the different phases of their lives. She has also completed training to teach both pre-natal and post-natal yoga.

 

 

Aoife Brewster

Aoife (Efa) Brewster ACMT is a Professional Holistic Complementary Therapist and has been a bodywork practitioner since 2001. She is registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists in the UK and trained at the City College and Jing Institute of advanced massage training in Brighton, UK. Alongside this Aoife is a certified Reiki Practitioner and trained to deliver a wide range of alternative, holistic therapies that include reflexology, aromatherapy and Thai massage.

Gabi Reinelt

Gabi is our retreat chef for Nourish in Nature. She loves every aspect of food, growing, cooking, presenting and eating it.

Having traveled widely, her cooking is inspired by Asian, Mexican and Mediterranean cuisines.

With a background in gardening she is passionate about seasonal and fresh produce, and of course the all important herbs and spices.
