Meditation - sitting with what is. There are countless different techniques for meditation, most of these being different methods of concentrating the mind. Once the ability is developed to focus and concentrate the mind for longer periods of time, we will naturally drop into a meditative state. Common techniques for focusing the mind include breath centred meditation practice, or body sensation awareness practices.
